Hollow Core panels compliment our current Alupanel range but offer the flexibility of a lighter, easier to handle panel.  

They feature a Polypropylene core sandwiched with 0.3mm aluminium.

The innovative core structure of our Hollow Core panels provides a strong, light weight panel, offering easy handling and providing maximum strength and stability.

Hollow Core is ideal for digital inks (both UV and Solvent cured), screen printing inks, pressure sensitive vinyl and paints.  

Our unique core structure comes in 3 variations: “H”, “M” and “X”, offering a choice of strength and bending stiffness.

Panel thickness: 	3mm, 4mm, 6mm, 12mm
Aluminium layers: 	0.3mm
Standard sizes: 	1220 x 2440/3050/4050
		1500 x 2440/3050/4050
                                           1525 x 2440/3050/4050

Standard colours: 	White
